The Broad Problem – Huffman ISD is seeking a massive $M tax hike Bond
The Real Problem – Too much pork in proposals
The Target Population – Voters of Huffman ISD
Project Synopsis – The Huffman school district is in conceptual phase of another Massive Multi-Million dollar school bond request. Last year's bond was soundly defeated and now they are coming back to the well for another even bigger bond.
The Huffman ISD Citizen' Advisory Committee will work collaboratively to review and prioritize identified needs for capital improvement projects in Huffman ISD and determine the appropriate financial strategy. The committee will provide guidance and input to the Huffman ISD administration and work to create a bond referendum recommendation for consideration by the Huffman Board of Trustees for a November 2023 bond.
