Project:  Elections

The Broad Problem – Precinct Chairs are responsible to conduct precinct elections.

 

The Real Problem – Election process is complicated and require extentsive coordination and long hours. PCs are required to take elections training and certifications.

 

The Target Population – Voters, Harris County Elections Administration

 

 Project Synopsis – One of the many tasks for which Precinct Chairs are responsible is to conduct the elections,  The PC is responsible for the duties of the Presiding Judge, Alternate Hudge and Voting Clerks at the polling place assigned, usually within their respective precincts, 

 

This project is to Conceive and coordinate the efforts of the PCs within our Organization in a manner which make the Elections more efficient and sucessful,
